3rd Party SSO / Login Known Issue

Known Issue With SSO - 

If a user has already logged in or has multiple tabs open we have identified an issue that may cause an error message (see screenshot)

SSO Failure
Resolution:
  1. If you've already clicked and encountered the error message, return to your SSO provider and click to login to Anterra again which will resolve the issue.
  2. Once you are logged in don't use SSO to create another tab, duplicate the tab, use CTRL + Click to open in a new tab, or right-click and select Open in a New Tab to use multiple tabs in Anterra.
  3. If you don't have any tabs open, simply go to https://anterracloudbi.com and if you have an active session you will be logged in -- if you are presented with a login screen, then you do not have an active session and should go to your identity provider to login.
3rd Party SSO Provider Examples: Office 365, Okta, OneLogin
Additional Information:
SSO = Single Sign-On
IDP = Identity Provider
SAML = Security Assertion Markup Language (similar to OAuth, but for enterprises)
The IDP is who provides SSO via SAML to Anterra.
