We have added the ability to set up customer contacts in our AR Customer Hub - CLICK HERE to see the full knowledge base article on the customer hub

Access the customer hub from the AR Invoice Grid in Finance, Construction or Service Management, clicking on the Customer Hub icon opens the hub for all open customer invoices:

The customer contact area is in the bottom right of the screen:

NOTE: You can also email or click to dial the contact (phone system dependent) from this screen.


Customer Contacts can be set up with the following fields:

NOTE:  These contacts are maintained in Anterra. Many of our clients do not use the contact fields on their AR customer records. We are researching use cases to see how to integrate contact information from the AR customer record into Anterra. The AR customer record has one billing contact, Anterra can hold any number.
