The setup screen is in the bottom right corner of the screen

Finance: Account and Consolidation Group Mapping

Update Anterra when you create/change account mapping
You can now update your account mappings after editing/creating them. After you have completed all your edits for a session, click on the Update Anterra Button. You will initiate a cube update that will refresh your account map for all Financial Statements, widgets, and pivot grids.

Update Consolidation Groups in Anterra after creation / editing
You can now update your consolidation group dropdowns after editing/creating them. After you have completed all your edits for a session click on the Update Anterra Button. You will initiate a cube update that will refresh your consolidation group menu items in all modules of Anterra.

Anterra Action Items
7171: Add Project Manager Parameter to Action Item Grid
Procore clients requested that we add a parameter on our Action Item grid for Project Manager. The result is that you can now filter the grid by Project Manager. The result is that the grid displays all of the action items for jobs that the selected manager is the Project Manager for. This means all of the action items for the related jobs appear, the items are not filtered to the items assigned to that Project Manager. If you would like to filter the Action item grid to the items assigned to a Project Manager select the Project Manager's name in the Assignee parameter.

We have added a column for Last Work Date on the Work Order Profitability grid, this shows the last date a technician recorded hours on the work order.

GL to SM reconciliation report
This report reconciles GL to SM revenue. It has a menu role security of
report testing so you can test it before it appears on your menus, please
contact us if you need assistance to activate and test it.
Purpose: Service Management Operation Managers run reports out of Service
Management showing monthly revenue. Revenue on Service Management reports
can be different from the revenue on a GL income statement, in some cases by
many thousands of dollars. The difference is caused by invoices voided in
AR outside of the reporting period and by non SM transactions in the GL revenue
account for Service Management.
This report balances GL to SM using the following sections:

Grids

Force refresh on all persisted grids
All pivot grids have had a new button added - Force Refresh.
The purpose of this button is to ensure you have the latest data in your grid. EXAMPLE: project managers are busy entering forecasts for a month-end, you have the Anterra Margin Gain Erosion pivot grid open. When you open the grid the values are loaded into your browser. If project managers are entering forecasts you might want to ensure you have the latest Forecast Cost at Complete values. Click on the Force Refresh button to update the grid with all entered values in the system.

Show count of grouped items on all on pivot table groupings
All pivot grids
now show you the number of items for each pivot table group.
In this example the Margin Gain Erosion grid is grouping jobs by Division, then Project Manager. The General Construction division has 11 jobs, the first PM has 4 out of the 11, the second PM has 1 job, the third PM has 4 jobs.
Dashboards:
Add unit testing to Construction Widgets
Anterra has added automated testing for construction widgets to ensure the number of items displayed on a widget is the same when you drill to a detailed grid. The exception is Procore widgets where more than one person may be assigned as the owner of an action item, we count that item as assigned to each item owner.

Finance: Consolidation Group Mapping
6284: Timeout on consolidation group mapping when more than 75 rows
We fixed a bug where clients with a large number of consolidation groups/divisions experienced a timeout error while mapping
Construction: Procore BI
7170: Procore widgets do not drill when dashboard parameter set to specific Project Manager
Fixed the issue for Procore widgets where the drill down to a grid did not work when the Project Manager Parameter on the Anterra Dashboard was selected.
