In addition to general improvements to the AnterraBI user interface and features, the v2023.11.01 Customization includes the following enhancements and improvements:
Improved Labor hour type classifications
Improvements to mapping labor pay item to type of hour classifications for payroll transactions imported through Accounts Payable. The classifications enhance the Labor Dashboard and Labor Widget functionality. To fully leverage this feature, please contact Anterra. There are customer specific settings required to classify hours correctly into regular, overtime, and other pay types.
Improved Accounts Payable Reporting
Improvements made to accounts payable (AP) grid to properly display additional payment scenarios including partial payments, overpayments, and underpayments to invoices and retention invoices. These changes improve the accuracy of the AP grid and Job Cash Position calculations for total JTD Cash Paid Out. Additionally, the error causing some checks to be duplicated in AP grid has been resolved.
Exclude Jobs from AnterraBI
A checkbox on the Summary tab of the Project screen (PM301000) in Acumatica now allows a project to be excluded from Anterra. Selecting this checkbox on an existing project will cause it to be fully removed from Anterra within the next 24 hours. Selecting the checkbox during the creation of a project will prevent the project from ever appearing in Anterra. Excluding a project from Anterra, removes it from construction reporting as well as AP and AR associated with that job. Excluding projects does not impact Financial statement reporting.
Salesperson mapping into AnterraBI
The Acumatica Salesperson from the Project screen is now mapped to the Anterra Salesperson column. The Salesperson can be activated on any Project grid through the Anterra Pivot Grid Administration tool. Once Salesperson is activated for a project grids, Users can add Salesperson to grid views for grouping and sorting purposes. Project grids include WIP - In Progress Jobs, WIP - Jobs with YTD Activity, Project Health, Project Cost Scorecard and Work Backlog, to name a few.
