There are situations where commitments, change orders, and unbilled amounts in Acumatica may be incorrect. Go to Screen ID PM504000 (Recalculate Project Balances), select the appropriate checkboxes, then choose Process All.

Depending on the volume of data in your system, this may take some time to process.
