Excluding Sage 300 CRE Jobs from AnterraBI

The implementation of this feature involves the customization of customer's AnterraBI environment.  Contact support for an estimate of fees and timing.

How To Configure

The strategy to exclude jobs from AnterraBI leverages the Sage 300 CRE, Job Setup – Status tab, Job Checklist.   Choose one of the unused Job Checklist items and designate it “Exclude Anterra”.   The title of the Job Checklist item can be changed using the 'Edit' button.   Anterra recommends using Job Checklist 12.

Once a Job checklist is renamed, AnterraDataCenter will need updated.  Contact Support@anterratech.com for an estimate of fees and timing and to coordinate the updates.



Anterra will customize customer's AnterraBI environment and jobs marked 'Exclude Anterra' are not transformed into AnterraBI.  If the customer unchecks the ‘Exclude Anterra’ job checklist item, the job will replicate in the next data synchronization cycle and become visible in AnterraBI.

AnterraDataCenter (ADC) Table Setup

When the name is edited, the Job Master file synchronization will fail until AnterraDataCenter is updated.  JCM_MASTER__JOB table recreation required for this setup.  This is processed through the AnterraDataCenter.  Locate and select the desired table and right click.  Select Run Table Setup.  For assistance, please contact Support@anterratech.com.

AnterraBI Job Update

The AnterraBI Job sync updates required for this setup.  All AnterraBI Jobs are processed regularly overnight.  For a refresh prior to regular nightly refresh, please contact Support@anterratech.com.
