Only closed projects with an actual completion date will appear on the Final Margin Grid. The reason for this restriction is because of how the date parameters on the top of the grid filter to jobs within a range of completion dates as shown below:

Solutions
- Enter the actual completion date of the project in your ERP system
- Adjust the completion date in the Anterra interface for the project
- Have Anterra automatically estimate the completion date based on transactions (detailed below)
Changes to the project completion date require Anterra to reprocess your data before becoming available in the AnterraBI interface. This automatically happens nightly or when new data is transmitted via anterraDataCenter.
Automatically Calculated Date
This method does not allow the use of the Gantt Project Management functionality in Anterra since the dates are being automatically managed and would overwrite any dates chosen by the user in the Gantt tool.
In lieu of entering the completion date in your ERP, it is possible (at the direction of your Anterra Champion) to have our automated processing automatically fill the completion date with an approximation using one of the following rules:
- Accounting Date of the last cost transaction:
- AP-Only
- AP or PR only
- Any JC, AP, PR, EQ, SM or IV cost applied to the job
- Any transaction at all
