All Pivot Grids: Force refresh button added to update user entered information

Version 25 Release

All pivot grids have had a new button added - 'Force Refresh.'

The purpose of this button is to ensure the latest data appear in your pivot grids.  EXAMPLE:  project managers are busy entering forecasts for a month-end, and have the Anterra Margin Gain Erosion pivot grid open. When you open the grid the values are loaded into the browser. If project managers are entering forecasts, you want to ensure they have the latest Forecast Cost at Complete values. Click the Force Refresh button to update the grid with all entered values in the system.
