Clearing Browser Cache if an Anterra Grid does not load

Overview of Browser Cache Clearing 

When a grid does not load or after certain AnterraBI™ software releases, some components in the software may require a browser cache clearing.  Most browsers store the settings from our site in the temporary internet files, and even though all of these have an expiration they will need to be manually cleared out from time to time.  Below are the instructions on how to clear cache in each of the 3 main browsers.  Specific configurations of the cache clearing may differ if you have a different version of each of the browser.

Browsers

Chrome

Step 1: Open Chrome and click on the 3 vertical dots icon in the top right of the browser, and then select "History" from the menu.







*Note: This can also be accomplished by holding "Ctrl" + "H"

Step 2: Then select "Clear browsing data"



Step 3: On the "Clear browsing data" menu, make sure to clear the "Cookies and other site data".  Then select "Clear data".





Step 4: Log back in to AnterraBI™

Firefox

Step 1: Open Firefox and click on the 3 horizontal lines icon in the top right of the browser, and then select "Library" from the menu.




Step 2: Select "History" and then "Clear Recent History..."

    


Step 3: Make sure to select "Cookies", "Cache" and "Active Logins" and then click "Clear Now"



Step 4: Log back in to AnterraBI™
