Menu Administration Overview
Overview
By using the UI to add and transfer reports, Anterra User Menu Administration allows you to add the reports you want to the dropdown menus you want them to be on.
To go to the Menu Administration Tool go to the Admin dropdown and select Menu Administration -> Menu Administration Tool
To hide or show a menu item you will click on the report on the left that you want to edit and then on the right click the show/hide option under the actions tab. Once you have it set to the show/hide you want then you click the publish button in the upper right corner. See images below as refrence.
Security issues to look out for
On any report in Menu Administration you can check to make sure that there is no Menu Role set for any reports. This is set this way so that people with permission to see this don't lose it as this can overrule their permissions from user admin security.
If you happen to find something accidentally selected here you can always click the X to remove the selection and publish the changes.
