No AR data appears on first day of month on the AR Aging Grid
We have a known issue on the first day of the month when initially loading the AR Grid which shows the following message:
No data returns that fits the selected parameter values
Client data is often synchronized before midnight the previous day so all of the transactions that are available are technically from the previous month.
Setting the date parameter to the last day of the prior month will show all open AR as expected
To show your data please change the date to the last day of last month. Example: it is May 1st so I should set my grid date to April 30th to show all the invoices.
