Procore Action Items

Action Item Fields

The following fields are found on the Action Items Persisted Grid and the Action Item Calendar in Anterra. 

Anterra Field

Definition

Title

The main title of the action item

Document Number

The identifier of the document, such as the change order number, sometimes used along with the Revision.

Revision #

The revision number of the document, when used, this combined with the Document Number, is a unique reference to a particular type of action item within a project.

Ball In Court

The assignee(s) who is/are currently responsible for this particular action item.

Due Date

The date used to determine where the item appears in the Project Management Overview and on the Action Item Calendar.

Actual Start

The date that the action item is scheduled to actually start, or if in the past, when it actually ended up being started.

Actual Finish

The date that the action item is scheduled to actually be finished, or if in the past, when it actually ended up being finished.

Received From

For submittals and RFIs this is the assignee that the action item was received from.

Received Date

For submittals, this is the date that the submittal was actually received.

Status (Anterra)

Special status that dynamically mapped to either ‘Scheduled’ or ‘Completed’ to allow for smart filtering in Anterra. Only Scheduled items appear in the Project Management Overview widget.

Status (Procore)
[Customer Status]

The status shown in Procore for the action item which varies depending on Action Item type. This is treated as a string and can be filtered using the Action Item Grid.

Responsible Contractor

The vendor / contractor responsible for the action item.

Specification Section

The specification section from Procore.

Type

The sub-type of the action item (e.g. the type of a punch list item)

Created By

The assignee who created action item in Procore.

Create Date

The date the action item was created in Procore.

Location

The location associated with the action item.

Update Date

The date the action item was last updated according to Procore.

Responsible Staff

Additional assignees that have been associated as stakeholders of an action item.

Package #

Similar to document number, this is identifier only used for submittals.

Trade

The name of the contractor or trades involved with an action item.

Submittal Name

The name of a submittal, only used for submittals.

Has Schedule Impact

What type of impact an action item is expected to have to the project’s schedule

Schedule Impact Days

The number of days that is expected.

Has Cost Impact

What type of impact an action item is expected to have to the project’s cost.

Cost Impact Amount

The dollar amount (or percentage) that is expected.

Cost Code

What cost code the action item is associated with.

Attachment Count

The number of file attachments there are to the action item.

Related Party Count

The number of related parties are associated with the action item.
