Info
If you have multiple companies in Procore, the steps below must be repeated for each.

Add the Anterra via Fivetran App

In this section we will be performing the initial installation of the Anterra via Fivetran app which allows Anterra to access your Procore data securely. At the end of this configuration a virtual user is created in your directory which in later sections we will create and provide an appropriate permissions template to.
  1. Navigate to Company Tools > Admin
  2. Click App Management at the top right under COMPANY SETTINGS

  3. Click the orange Install App button at the top right and choose Install Custom App

  4. In the Install App pop-up paste this App Version ID: d7f8fbf2-4399-4dd6-b1db-84c6053cccbd and click Install
  5. Click the Install button on the confirmation screen
  6. The "Installation Successful" screen should appear which contains a link to this article, click the X at the top right to close.

Assign Default Project Permissions

  1. Navigate to Company Tools > Permissions or click User Permissions at the top if you are still in the Project Permissions Templates section from the steps above

  4. Click the Actions button to the left and choose Assign Default Project Permissions
  5. Click the Assign button next to the Anterra template made earlier
  6. We have now completed assigning the default permission that will be used when this user is added to a project, in the next section we'll set the user up to have access to the historical and newly added projects.

Adjust Virtual App User Permissions

  1. Navigate to Company Tools > Directory

  2. Scroll down (usually near the bottom) is the No Company section which is where you should find the virtual user mentioned earlier which starts with anterra-fivetran (or similar) - click Edit next to this user
  3. Scroll down to the PROJECT SETTINGS section and click the Add All button at the top right of the grid showing all of the projects that the user does not belong to (this may take a few minutes, and some customers have reported that Procore sometimes fails to add all projects requiring several attempts)
  4. Once all of the projects are added the page refreshes, once that has happened be sure to click the option to add the user to all future projects automatically
  5. Your setup is 100% complete and Anterra should start receiving your data shortly
