Real Estate - Expanding Graph or Grid

Navigate to the Occupancy Dashboard using the process described here Viewing Real Estate Reports. Once in the Occupancy dashboard, there are several valuable features you can use.

In this example, we will use the sample Property Retail Portfolio. The left pane shows the properties that make up the portfolio along with key information about those properties. You can use the horizontal and vertical arrows and slide bars to see more properties or more information about those properties.

Use the + / – Button to get the expanded view of this chart and any other on the screen as shown below. Notice when this is done, one can more easily see the information and the bottom bar, which allows you to move back and forward between pages (if applicable) as well as see the total number of properties in the bottom right corner.

The Property Occupancy graph on the upper right list the properties and color codes them with the appropriate green, yellow, or red status based on the thresholds set by each client.
