Why can't I log in to AnterraBI

Having trouble logging in? 

We've found that most users can't log in because they've either forgotten their password, forgotten their email, or have received an error message.

Forgot password 

Your password will be the one you set when you created your password from your "Create password for your AnterraBI account" email. Or, perhaps you reset your password from the original. If your password still isn't recognized, here are some common solutions to resolve most forgotten password issues: 

  1. Make sure the password you're entering has all AnterraBI password requirements
    • Must be at least 8 characters
    • Must contain at least one upper case character
    • Must contain at least one lower case character
    • Must contain at least one numeric character
    • Must contain at least one of the following special characters (! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + ` ~ ' " , < . > / ? [ { ] } \ | ; :)
  2. Turn off caps lock: Check to see if your caps lock is on. For your security, AnterraBI passwords are case-sensitive, so if your password is correct, but some of the characters are in the wrong case, AnterraBI won't be able to log you in.
  3. Triple check your password: Did you change your password recently? Did you enter it one character off? Make sure you are typing in the correct password. 
  4. If all else fails  click the Reset your password link under the login form to reset your password. Once you do this, you can log in with your new password.

Forgot email

Your email will typically be your work email, but if you've forgotten which email is associated with your account, talk to your company's AnterraBI administrator. They will be able to see which email is associated with your account in the company's User Administration tool. 

If that isn't an option, contact support@anterratech.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The name of the company that owns the AnterraBI account you're working under
  3. Your supervisor's name and email address so we can contact them for #4 
  4. You may be asked to further identify yourself once you contact support
