Not Receiving New Account / Password Reset E-Mail

When new accounts are created in the Anterra Platform an e-mail is sent from notification@anterratech.com to establish the password on your account. This also applies to resetting lost passwords.
Alert
This does not apply to clients who have elected to use integrated single sign-on (SSO)

Check E-Mail Filters / Firewall Settings

We recommend that you add notification@anterratech.com to your e-mail filter or firewall whitelist.\
