ABI Forecasting / Excel Export 2024 R2 Release

New Features and Improvements:

  1. Enhanced Excel Export Functionality

    • Improved handling of Excel exports from persisted grids throughout the platform
    • Increased performance for all users
    • Larger exports now supported (up to 10 minutes of processing time)

  2. Job Forecasting Module Enhancements

  3. Project Type / Forecast Level Settings Tool

    • Simplified and enhanced forecast level setting for jobs
    • New tool allows setting forecast levels for multiple jobs simultaneously
    • Administrator control over user access to change forecast levels and project types
    • By default, users with previous Job Forecasting access can use the new tool

  4. Enhanced Job Status Indicator

    • The job status indicator at the top of the Anterra Platform now displays additional details
    • Shows more recent information received from your ERP for AP, AR, JC, GL, and SM

  5. Backend Architecture Upgrade

    • Significant investment in upgrading backend architecture
    • Increased speed on the Anterra Platform
    • Dynamic scaling of server numbers to meet user demands
    • Improved overall user experience
Bug Fixes:
  1. WIP % Override Entry
    • Fixed an issue where WIP % override entries could not be removed once entered
  2. Forecast Cost Calculations
    • Resolved incorrect forecast cost at complete calculations resulting from some client changes to forecast levels
  3. AP Invoice Sync
    • Addressed a problem where some AP invoices using the AP invoice sync weren't properly matched to ERP transactions
  4. User Account Messaging
    • Removed incorrect messaging that indicated old accounts/e-mail addresses are purged from Anterra after 90 days
