Add Company Logo(s) to Consolidation Groups in AnterraBI

Consolidation Groups

In AnterraBI, you may now add company logo(s) based on the consolidation group. Consolidation Groups can represent organizations, entities, divisions, regions, departments, etc.  You may group as many of these different organizations together and/or separately as necessary for reporting and analysis purposes.  

Consolidation Groups are accessed from the Admin menu; navigate to "Consolidation Groups" and "Consolidation Group Mapping".  




The top Consolidation group will appear on the left side of the screen. You may select the Drop-down arrow to the left of the top consolidation to expand to the next level.  






You may also select the "Expand All" button to see all levels of the consolidations.

Highlight the organization at the top level and select the logo icon to add a company logo.



You may now select an image if the image(s) have already been added in AnterraBI.



You can also choose the option to "Select Files" by scrolling down.  



This will allow you to browse files to select a new image to add in AnterraBI.



Open the logo file, and select "Add" to add to your logos in AnterraBI.



The newly added logo will now appear in your logo selections, and you may now apply it to the consolidation group(s) as applicable.  



You may also choose to apply to the "Children" (lower levels) within the main consolidation group. 

Once you have completed adding logos to the Consolidation Group Mapping. You may select to use the "Consolidation Group logo in your financial statement designs. 



Select the statement in which you would like to add the logo, and then select "Edit Statement Format".

 


Select "Edit Statement Logo". 




Select "Use Consolidation Group Logo", and "Apply". 



Select "Preview" to view the change made to the financial statement.



The logo has now been added to the financial statement.
